Irina and Daniel said "I do" in the Blue Salon of the Royal Hunting Lodge in Oberstdorf. Both share a great love for the mountains—so they asked if I could accompany their wedding day in the Allgäu Alps. Of course, I said yes!

It was a full and wonderful day: from the getting ready and the civil ceremony at the Royal Hunting Lodge to two couple's photoshoots and a beautiful ceremony in the small St. Leonhard Chapel near Sonthofen.

For the shoots, we chose the Moorweiher and a very special location—a farmer's private meadow on the outskirts of town. From there, we had a perfect view of the mountains, a dreamlike backdrop, and ideal light.

The weather played along perfectly, too—what a day! A wedding that couldn't have been more beautiful: natural, authentic, and filled with a deep love for the mountains.
